Today is the day we honor all veterans. Soon we will joy in the Holiday of Thanksgiving. Then just around the corner celebrate the birth of Christ. I saw a sign today saying thanks to the vets for our freedom, yet I am hard pressed to find any conflict that had to do with my freedom. I do believe that we fought on other lands to prevent evil from expanding to here. But I would rather say thanks you for protecting the freedom of others, thank you for fighting evil where ever it raised its ugly head, for standing at the gates, guarding, watching, and answering the call! Thanksgiving?? Stop and think of the small things that you are thankful for. So often we state the huge ones, but I believe that God is active in our lives daily, even to/with the little things. My friends, with the turmoil of this world, because of sin, we need those who will become vets, we need to be thankful, we NEED CHRIST! So as you live your lives keep focused on Christmas. God sent us a wonderful gift of love.

Update
Hello everyone!!!
It has been awhile since I have been here. Confirmation has started and that means Summer is finally over! TBW is just around the corner so I hope many of the MYFROG group take advantage of this fun camping experience. TCC would like to get together and make some plans. We had one meeting and want you all to keep an eye in the bulletin for our next meeting.
The Men’s group will be meeting at the end of each month as before, but the time has changed… now 8:30 at Brevins.
